OFFICIAL PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS $500 Deal Submission Prize Draw
Promotion Period: March 26, 2026 – April 17, 2026
1. Promotion Overview This promotion (the "Promotion") offers eligible agents the opportunity to win one of five (5) prizes of five hundred dollars ($500.00 USD) each by submitting qualifying deals during the Promotion Period. Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion Period The Promotion begins on March 26, 2026 and ends on April 17, 2026. Only deals submitted within this period using the designated promo code that are subsequently approved will qualify as valid entries. Any deal submitted after April 17, 2026 will not be eligible, regardless of approval status.
3. Eligibility The Promotion is open to all active agents in good standing at the time of entry and at the time of the prize draw. Employees, contractors, and affiliates involved in the administration of this Promotion are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Enter To receive an entry into the Promotion, agents must submit a deal using the promo code SPRNG during the Promotion Period. Each deal submitted with the promo code SPRNG that receives official approval counts as one (1) separate entry. There is no limit to the number of deals an agent may submit — the more approved deals, the greater the chances of winning.
5. Valid Submissions A submission is considered valid when all of the following conditions are met:The deal was submitted during the Promotion Period (on or before April 17, 2026).The deal was submitted using the promo code SPRNG.The deal has been reviewed and officially approved.Deals submitted without the promo code SPRNG, or submitted after April 17, 2026, will not qualify. Deals submitted on or before April 17, 2026 remain eligible provided they receive approval, even if that approval occurs after the closing date.
6. Prizes There are five (5) prizes available, each consisting of five hundred dollars ($500.00 USD). Winners cannot win more than one prize. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or substituted. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.
7. Winner Selection Five (5) winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place after the Promotion Period has closed and all eligible entries have been confirmed. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.
8. Winner Notification and Announcement Winners will be announced publicly via the organizer's official social media channels and contacted directly via the email address associated with their agent account. Winners must respond within seven (7) business days of notification. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
9. Disqualification The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who submits fraudulent or invalid deals, attempts to manipulate the submission or approval process, or violates any of these Terms and Conditions.
10. General Conditions The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time. All decisions made by the organizer regarding the Promotion are final and binding. The organizer is not responsible for technical failures or any errors that prevent an eligible entry from being recorded.
11. Privacy Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for administering the Promotion and contacting winners, and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.
By participating in this Promotion, agents agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Tongo Referral Program (the “Program”) offered by Tongo, Inc. (“Tongo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Overview
The Tongo Referral Program rewards eligible Tongo users for referring new real estate agents to the Tongo platform. Under the Program: An existing Tongo user (“Referrer”) shares their unique referral code with a prospective new agent. The prospective agent (“Referee”) must enter the Referrer’s unique code during the sign-up process. Once the Referee signs up, submits their first deal through Tongo, and that deal is approved by Tongo, both the Referrer and the Referee will each receive a $50 reward, subject to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program:The Referrer must be an active Tongo user in good standing at the time of referral and at the time the reward is issued.The Referee must be a new user who has not previously created a Tongo account.Both Referrer and Referee must be legally eligible to receive payments under applicable federal, state, and local laws.Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Tongo may be excluded from participation at Tongo’s discretion.Tongo reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion.
3. Referral Process Requirements
A referral will qualify for a reward only if all of the following conditions are met:The Referrer provides their unique referral code, available in their Tongo dashboard, directly to the Referee.The Referee enters the referral code during the sign-up process. Referral codes cannot be applied retroactively.The Referee completes registration and opens a Tongo account.The Referee submits a deal through Tongo.The submitted deal is approved by Tongo in accordance with Tongo’s standard underwriting and approval criteria.If any of the above conditions are not satisfied, the referral will not qualify for a reward.
4. Reward Payment
Upon approval of the Referee’s first submitted deal, both the Referrer and the Referee will each receive $50.The $50 reward will be issued within fifteen (15) business days following approval of the Referee’s qualifying deal.Rewards will be issued through the payment method or account designated by Tongo (e.g., via the Tongo platform).Rewards may be subject to applicable tax reporting requirements. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of rewards.
5. Limitations and Restrictions
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.A Referee may use only one referral code. If multiple codes are entered or claimed, Tongo will determine in its sole discretion which, if any, applies.Referral codes may not be distributed through paid advertising, spam, unsolicited commercial emails, or any method that violates applicable law.Referrals must be genuine. Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or game the Program (including creating fake accounts or submitting fraudulent deals) will result in disqualification and may lead to account suspension or termination.Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value other than as stated in these Terms.
6. Ongoing Program; Modifications and Termination
The Program is ongoing and has no specified end date at this time.However, Tongo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time;Change the reward amount;Alter eligibility criteria;Amend these Terms.Any changes will be effective upon posting updated Terms or otherwise communicating changes through the Tongo platform or other appropriate channels. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Disqualification and Clawback
Tongo reserves the right to withhold, deny, or revoke rewards if:The referral does not meet the requirements set forth in these Terms;Either party is not in good standing;Fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected or identified.If a reward has already been issued in error or due to fraudulent activity, Tongo reserves the right to recover the amount from the participant.
8. General Conditions
The Program is void where prohibited by law.Participation in the Program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between participants and Tongo.Tongo’s decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, and reward issuance are final and binding.

TONGO HOLIDAY PROMO
Promotion Period
The promotion begins on December 15, 2025 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on December 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST, or earlier if the Promotion Cap (defined below) is reached (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
This promotion is open exclusively to registered real estate agents with an active Tongo account in good standing who submit a qualifying deal during the Promotion Period.
Qualifying Action
To qualify for the promotion, an eligible user must:
1. Submit a new deal through the Tongo platform during the Promotion Period;
2. Enter the promotional code GIFT25 at the time of deal submission; and
3. Have the deal approved by Tongo during the Promotion Period.
Deals that are rejected, withdrawn, duplicated, incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted prior to December 15, 2025 are not eligible.
Reward
Eligible users will receive one (1) promotional reward (“Reward”).
The Reward will remain a surprise and will be revealed to the user via email only after the qualifying deal has been
approved.
The Reward will be delivered electronically within ten (10) business days following deal approval.
Tongo reserves the right to determine the nature and value of the Reward in its sole discretion.
Limitations
Limit one (1) Reward per user, regardless of the number of deals submitted.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
No substitutions will be permitted.
Promotion Cap
The total maximum value of all Rewards available under this promotion is $5,000 USD (“Promotion Cap”), equivalent to one hundred (100) Rewards.
Once the Promotion Cap has been reached, the promotion will automatically end, even if this occurs prior to December 30, 2025. Deals approved after the Promotion Cap is reached will not be eligible to receive a Reward.
Availability & Fulfillment
Rewards are subject to availability. Tongo is not responsible for delays caused by deal review timelines, technical issues, inaccurate user information, or third-party gift card providers.
Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification
Tongo reserves the right to disqualify any user or deal suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or attempts to circumvent the one-Reward-per-user limitation.
Modification or Termination
Tongo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time, with or without notice, including prior to December 30, 2025, if the Promotion Cap is reached or if circumstances arise that compromise the integrity or fairness of the promotion.
General Conditions
By participating, users agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, Tongo’s Terms of Service, and all applicable policies. All determinations regarding eligibility, deal approval, and Reward issuance are made at Tongo’s sole discretion and are final.
Tongo Black Friday 2025 Promotion
Promotion Overview
The first 100 agents who add a deal to Tongo’s platform using the designated promo code and whose deal is approved during the promotional period will receive $100, transferred to their bank account on file with Tongo.
Eligibility
-Promotion is open to licensed real estate agents with an active Tongo account in good standing.
-Agents must enter the designated promo code at the time they submit their deal.
-Deals submitted without the promo code will not qualify.
-Deals must be newly submitted during the promotional period; previously submitted deals do not qualify.
-A deal becomes eligible only once it has been reviewed and approved by Tongo’s underwriting team.
-Limit one reward per agent for the duration of the promotion.
Reward Details
-The first 100 eligible agents who meet all requirements will receive $100 transferred to their bank account on file with Tongo.
-Transfers will be processed within 10 business days of deal approval.
-The $100 reward is non-transferable.
-If an agent does not have a valid bank account linked to Tongo, payment may be delayed until correct information is provided.
Promotion Period
-Starts: November 21, 2025 at 12:00 AM PT
-Ends: The earlier of: a) when 100 qualified and approved deals have been reached, or b) the end date stated in Tongo’s promotional materials.
-Tongo reserves the right to extend the promotional end date at its sole discretion.
-Any extension will be announced through Tongo’s official communication channels.
Additional Terms
-Tongo reserves the right to verify agent eligibility and deal authenticity.
-Any suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification.
-Tongo is not responsible for delays due to incomplete deal submissions, missing documentation, or incorrect account information.
-Tongo may modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time, including extending the promotional period, without prior notice.
-By participating, agents agree to these Terms & Conditions and to Tongo’s standard platform terms.
